Accessibility
How we try to keep Park Hopper usable, and how to tell us it isn't.
What we aim for
- Text large enough to read on a phone without zooming.
- Buttons and links big enough to tap comfortably.
- Visible keyboard focus and labels on every form field and icon button.
- Descriptions for meaningful images, and errors that never rely on colour alone.
- Animation that respects your device's reduced-motion setting.
Quests and verification
If a park's discovery question is unreachable — missing signage, an accessibility barrier, a camera problem or any other legitimate reason — use the help link on the verification card and an organiser can approve your completion manually.
Park accessibility
We share accessibility details where we can rely on them, but parks change. Confirm current accessibility with the park authority before travelling.
Tell us
If something in Park Hopper is hard to use, tell us through the contact page and we will fix what we can.
