The ground rules
Park Hopper Rules
Short, plain rules for taking part. No small print.
- Primary account holders must be 18 or older.
- Follow all park rules, posted signs, operating hours, closures and staff instructions.
- Never trespass or enter restricted areas.
- Never endanger yourself or another person to complete a quest.
- Children must remain under appropriate adult supervision.
- Complete quests honestly.
- False check-ins, manipulated location data, fraudulent submissions or intentionally misleading completion evidence may result in XP, badges or rewards being removed.
- Do not damage, remove or disturb plants, wildlife, park property or natural resources.
- Respect other park visitors.
- Photos must follow the privacy and photo rules: quest photos are private unless you choose to share them.
- XP, digital badges and stamps generally have no cash value unless a specific promotion expressly states otherwise.
- Rewards are subject to the specific terms displayed for that reward or promotion.
- LMGT may correct obvious technical errors involving XP, stamps, achievements or duplicated rewards.
- LMGT may suspend participation for fraud, abuse, harassment, unsafe behaviour or material violations of these rules, subject to the Terms of Use.
- Quest availability may change due to park closures, weather, construction, safety concerns or program updates.
- Your quest photos stay private unless you choose to share them. Before sharing a photo of another person, get their okay first — and never share a photo of someone else's child.
- If something feels unsafe, or you see behaviour that breaks these rules, tell us. Reporting a concern is always welcome and never counts against you.
Digital achievements vs. prizes
XP, passport stamps, badges, gems and Gem Vault collectibles are digital achievements inside the app. They are not cash, and they are not a prize drawing.
LMGT Park Hopper does not run sweepstakes, raffles, random drawings or chance-based promotions. If LMGT ever offers a prize promotion, that promotion will publish its own official rules covering eligibility, dates, geography, age, prize description, approximate retail value, winner selection, claim requirements, sponsor and required disclosures. These general rules do not cover a future promotion on their own.
Outdoor safety
LMGT Park Hopper encourages outdoor exploration, but participants are responsible for determining whether an activity, park, trail, weather condition or physical activity is appropriate for them and members of their group.
Participants should follow all posted park rules, closures, warnings and instructions from park personnel.
Use appropriate caution around traffic, water, wildlife, uneven terrain, heat, storms and other outdoor hazards.
Children must be supervised by a responsible adult.
Never enter restricted, closed or unsafe areas to complete a quest.
No LMGT quest should require trespassing, climbing prohibited structures, disturbing wildlife, removing natural resources or violating park rules.
Safety always takes priority over completing a quest.
Independent program
LMGT Park Hopper is an independently operated outdoor discovery and wellness program. Unless expressly stated otherwise, LMGT Park Hopper is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, administered by, or officially associated with any park, municipality, county, state agency or other governmental entity listed within the platform.
Park names, locations, amenities and other public information are provided for informational and navigational purposes. Park information may change. Verify current hours, closures, fees and rules with the applicable park authority before visiting.
Where these rules sit
These rules form part of the Terms of Use. Taking part also means you accept the Participant Waiver and the Privacy Policy. All four documents are linked at the bottom of this page.
